Keith Gladstone is a registered Osteopath, sport scientist and health coach. He is currently Osteopath to the England Rugby team and tours internationally with the team. He also leads the medical team at the Worlds Strongest Man competition annually.
Keith qualified from the British college of Osteopathic medicine with first class honours. He also holds a degree in sport science and psychology and is near completion of his masters in advanced sport and exercise rehabilitation.
He has worked extensively in the front line of performance and injury management in elite sport; from pitch side trauma management, physical conditioning and player development to injury rehab and recovery. Keith was a leading member of the medical team at Lord's cricket ground with Middlesex and the MCC for 7 seasons and toured extensively and internationally with professional teams. He has also worked in many other unique and challenging environments...From the ski slopes in Austria for Channel 4's "the Jump", poolside with ITV's "splash", the French Alps for tour De Celeb, Keith and his teams have had to deal with high profile people, pressured environments, significant injury and the odd diva strop!
Additionally, Keith is director at Athletic Health ltd, a company that provides medical and sport science consultancy to the entertainment industry. He also consults for industry leading companies on well-being and performance and presents and teaches in the fields of sports and injury management.
Keith has an avid interest in mammals and the natural world and enjoys travel focused around wildlife experiences. He enjoys open water swimming, anything in the great out doors and loves nothing more than spending time with his young family.
