The Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health (ISEH) annual Fun Run returns to London’s Regents Park in the autumn after a 2 year absence. Back in its 9th year, the run will be take place on 18th September 2022 on a route through one of London’s eight iconic Royal parks that covers an area of 395 acres.

The route through the park is suitable for all age groups and fitness abilities; therefore it is a great way to keep active while enjoying the beauty of the park that is home to around 100 species of wild birds. Everybody is welcome to take part in this event and enjoy the iconic park’s surroundings.

This year, you can choose to take part in a 2.5k, 5k or 10k run which will be chip timed, fully signed and marshalled. So whether you choose to walk, jog or compete for a personal best on your own or with friends, colleagues or family members (including children), we very much look forward to seeing you on the day.

All finishers will receive a free t-shirt and medal so sign up today and let’s all get active!

Please note: It will cost £25 to sign up to complete a 2.5k, 5k or 10k run. Participants can choose to donate to the UCLH Charity (part of the University College London Hospitals NHS Trust), at the time of signing up, if they wish to do so.
