On 1 and 2 August, Canary Wharf plays host to the 2014 London Beach Rugby Tournament. The ISEH is delighted to be sponsoring the entry of the RUMS Rugby club team to the event and wish them the best of luck in the competition.

Royal Free, University College and Middlesex Medical Students RFC (RUMS Rugby) is the rugby union club for UCL Medical School. The club has an illustrious history and has been competing in the oldest rugby competition in the world, the United Hospitals Cup, in one guise or another since 1874. Their three teams cater for a wide range of abilities, with the First XV competing in the BUCS Southeast 1A, the highest university league in Southeast England. RUMS Rugby also compete in the annual United Hospitals Cup, the oldest rugby competition in the world.

RUMS are very active off the pitch as well, with plenty of social events including an annual social tour to the Oktoberfest Sevens Tournament in Munich, Germany.
