We’re pleased to share that the ISEH Festive Breathing to Win Christmas Quiz, brought to you by dedicated respiratory specialists at ISEH (Professor James Hull, Julie Moore, Clare-Louise Chadwick and Dr Nathan Riding) will take place on Thursday 21st December 2023, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
This one-hour online session will cover crucial aspects of breathing, including sports performance and breathwork.
